1: Compile Materials

2: Establish the Base

3: Set up the pulleys.

4: Coil Winding

When you are done winding the magnet wire into a coil you need to attach the ends of the magnet wire to the commutator, on the generator.

5:Attach the capacitor and voltage regulator.

The voltage regulator and the capacitor were connected to the generator to make sure the output voltage does not go up and down. The voltage regulator will make sure that the output voltage, from the generator stays the same all the time while the capacitor will help to make the voltage output smooth. The voltage regulator and the capacitor are working together to help the generator produce a stable output voltage.

 6: Attach the switch and LED light bulb

They put a switch on the thing so you can turn it on and off. An LED light bulb was also connected to the output of the generator. This way you can see if the generator is working like it should. You can check the generators output. Make sure the generator is operating properly.

7: Attach the power cord. 

The DC motor is connected to a power cord. Plugged into an electrical outlet. When you turn on the switch the DC motor runs the generator. This is when the LED light bulb should turn on to show that the generator is making electricity. The DC motor and the generator are important here.

You can build a 220V dynamo generator if you have the tools and know some basics of electrical engineering. To do this you need to follow some steps and use the DC motor and the generator.
